128 MAZDA ISUZU were really expensive. Their prices are a little higher than a typical entrepreneur running a shop. They are very nice, very cordial, and they resolved the problem for now.

It went pretty smoothly. He ave me a loaner car with only a days notice, and I was able to use the car for free the entire time they had the car, a couple of days. He informed me completely about when the part would arrive and what exactly was wrong. Very good communication and service

They are good. My husband used to go to another place and now he also has switched to 128 Mazda Isuzu. They take good care of the vehicle. They show up on time which is nice. Last winter the right front of my car was damaged. I took my car to them and they said it would cost over $1000 for the body work. I had damaged the car and my insurance would not cover it. They spent some time and pushed it up and that damage was 90% better. They did that job for free. They are pretty punctual. If they say they will finish the work in two hours, they finish it by that time.

I initially made an appointment because my car battery was not working. I replaced the battery myself and it still would not hold a charge. That is when I took it to 128 Mazda. They informed me that I needed a new alternator. I had them do the job. A short while after the job was done, my battery died in the middle of traffic on Rt. 28. I had my kids in the car and we narrowly avoided an accident. I had the battery jumped and took it back to 128 Mazda. They checked it out and told me that the replaced alternator was not working and they would put in a new one. Once they started the job, they realized that the problem was that they had not properly bolted in the new alternator and the connection had failed. When I asked them about the effect on my new battery, they told me that the alternator failing should not damage my new battery. Now, approximately one year later, I was told at another company that my one year old battery is no good. I took it to 128 Mazda and asked them to check it out. They would not do it without charging me. I explained all the problems we had the year before and they still would not provide this simple service for me at no cost. All I want to know is if my battery has a proper charge (the other company told me that they got "no reading", but my car is still running). After all the problems from the year before, including me getting stranded, 128 Mazda would not check my battery. I have called another company (who had nothing to do with any of this), and they will check my battery for free. I will never return to 128 Mazda for service, and although I will be in the market for a new car in 2009, I will not buy it there. I have had other service done there, and I have always gotten an attitude from them. This was the last straw.

I was looking at one type of vehicle. I noticed that even though they have a rather small business, they do have a wide variety of new and used cars. I feel that I got a good deal there and would recommend them.

Auto Body Work
128 Oldsmobile-Mazda-Isuzu was super with their body work. I like this place a lot. They have free coffee and rolls in their waiting room. They keep records of everything that has been done to my car which is very helpful. They are so nice that one of the employees drove thirty miles on the interstate to take me to my mother's when she didn't feel well enough to come out and get me. They know my name when I go in there. Insurance covered this repair and I'm not sure what it cost.
