Sage  Builders are excellent. Their work is superb they are responsible and their work was of the highest quality.

Sage Builders did an outstanding job at my place - I would hire them again without reservation and would and have recommended them to others. As for their work, the quality of the job is impeccable. Everything was done in a timely manner and with great care and skill. The Sage team's work ethic was likewise wonderful. They arrived on time and started work straight away and achieved their scheduled target completion dates for individual projects and for the overall project. On a personal level, the entire Sage team was polite, helpful in explaining the how work was being addressed and what needed to be done by them and me, and thoughtful about the fact that I remained on premises during the job (everything was left clean and tidy and my neighbors only had compliments for the team members and their work). As for cost, their estimates were in line with what other contractors quotes, and Sage completed the job within the budget - there were no unexplained overruns.

It was a large project and Sage was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They did everything possible to make our lives comfortable during the construction. Regular meetings addressed every issue. The staff is very knowledgeable and skilled. They were there every day until the job was done. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and level of service. We recommend them without hesitation and would certainly use them again.

Excellent customer service. First contractors we have ever dealt with who were actually clean. Very clean. Vacuumed everything. Pleasure to deal with. Everyone was very professional and highly skilled. Explained everything that needed to be done. Very clear about invoice and changes. Recommend them very highly.

I HIRED SAGE BECAUSE I WAS DOING RENOVATIONS IN A HOUSE THAT HAD LEAD PAINT. I DIDN'T FEEL IT MADE SENSE TO DO LEAD ABATEMENT, BUT WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE RENOVATIONS WERE DONE IN A SAFE MANNER, SINCE I HAVE A YOUNG CHILD. SAGE WAS RECOMMENDED AS A COMPANY THAT DID EXCELLENT WORK & WAS METICULOUS WITH LEAD-PAINT PROTECTION PROCEDURES. OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. IN FACT, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE HIRED THEM. EVERY PERSON WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE (MANAGERS, PAINTERS, CARPENTERS, ETC.) WAS EXTREMELY POLITE, HELPFUL & EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. THEY CARE A LOT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, THERE WERE A FEW SMALL ISSUES, WHICH THEY ADDRESSED EFFECTIVELY AND WITHOUT COMPLAINT. THERE WERE A FEW TRICKY DECISIONS AND THEY THOUGHT THESE ISSUES THROUGH VERY CAREFULLY AND CAME UP WITH EXCELLENT, CREATIVE SOLUTIONS. THEY AREN'T CHEAP; BUT THEY ARE A GOOD VALUE NONETHELESS.
