Kevin and his team assisted us with acquiring a mortgage for our first home. They were always responsive to our inquiries and requests. Most importantly, when it came to product selection, Kevin didn't just bundle us into a one-size fits all solution. He looked at our income, assets, and how we get paid to find a product that worked best for us. This saved us about $460/mo overall.

This is the second time I used Mortgage Master to refinance. Kevin, Michelle and Deanna were excellent to work with. Their process is stream-less. The paperwork needed takes the most time to gather, but that's required by the banks. The appraisal was accurate and painless. I always recommend using Mortgage Master to friends and family. My mortgage stayed with the same bank which was nice as I have had a great experience with US Bank and couldn't get a better rate with them directly. Consider using Mortgage Master for all of your needs. They are busy, but responsive.

Kevin refinanced the mortgage for a good friend of ours. Kevin had done a great job for us, and so I recommended him. In the past few years, Kevin has handled our refi's. He has actually called me and offered no points/no closing cost loans, when the rates dropped. To me, that's great customer service. Kevin is very thorough and extremely responsive. There is no mystery about the paperwork or hidden costs. He uses very professional appraisers, and the whole process runs smoothly. Over the past few years, Kevin has saved us a lot of money, and I trust his judgement. The second time we worked with him, I wasn't sure if I really wanted to go through the process again for a little over a quarter point savings, and then he told me how much I'd save per month, per year, and over the life of the loan. Not sure if the rates can go any lower, but if they do, I know I'll get a call from Kevin Flannery and we'll do this all over again!

I've refinanced with Mortgage Master 3 times over the years, most recently this fall. I've worked with Jack Beattie, a senior loan officer, and he's the best. They have great rates (the best I've found), offer no points/no closing cost options, and have a great team who can walk you through the process (which is MUCH more complicated now, due to increased regulation). Jack is exceptionally knowledgeable and honest, explains things clearly, and makes the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible for the customer. I recommend them highly!

When I first started to research mortgage rates back in December 2009, I spoke with several companies. When the rates dipped in the late spring, he was the only person who called to update me.

Klaus Jensen of Mortgage Master facilitated the mortgage on our home when we purchased it in 2007 and two refinances including most recently in May 2010. The rates we've been able to get with Mortgage Master have always been better than what we've been quoted from our bank and other sources and the quality of service is excellent. The service has been excellent.

I compared Mortgage Master to Poli. They both quoted me similar rates during the first phone call. I was open to the fact I was competitive shopping . Don't ever take the first quote until you get two more. After several phone calls Kevin came in a bit lower on the interest rate so I went with Mortgage Master. My experience with both companies was excellent during the quoting process. Michelle in Kevin's office did a lot of the information gathering etc. She works very hard for Kevin's clients. Everything was done in the amount of time stated and without issue. Very good experience. Attorney Michael Baird was the closing attorney and he did a nice job of explaining everything to me. Even suggested I get the homestead act paperwork completed. I would use Kevin, Michelle and Michael again.

All of my transactions have gone very smoothly. Kevin's closing attorney's even come to our home in the evenings to sign the documents. Kevin also keeps our paperwork on file for 3 years so if rates drop I don't have copy everything all over again.

Kevin covers all the bases. He is an excellent broker, an astute, competent professional who works hard for his clients. We came in with a lot of questions about the process- and left with an excellent refinance package thanks to his help.

Kevin was very professional, accessible, and helpful. We had had some trouble refinancing due to an existing home equity line of credit, which is why we decided to use a mortgage broker. Kevin responded the same morning, competed our application quickly, and offered an excellent interest rate (as low as any we found searching ourselves). The entire process was completed on time, with the least possible stress.

Working with Kevin was a great experience - everything went smoothly by discussions over the phone, sending forms back and forth via email. Kevin explained up front what no closing costs really meant (i.e. nothing - no paying for title insurance, recording fees, attorney fees etc) and we were pleased at closing that this was the case. Kevin came to our home one evening to meet with us. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. We went over the entire process start to finish and provided him with all the necessary documentation. We received a great rate with no closing costs plus we got the Angie?s List member discount. The process took a few weeks. Along the way there was some minor confusion with a misplaced document that needed to be re-sent but overall the service was fantastic and I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking to refinance their home.

Got a great rate and closed in less than 45 days. If you have great credit and want a great rate, Mortgage Master is the way to go! As for Deborah O'Rourke, she is great!

i first contacted kevin several months previously when the rates had dipped. at the time he impressed me with his knowledgeability and access to good rates. i recontacted him recently and had him quote several different approaches to the refinance. he was very responsive both by phone and email. as it turns out his rates were the best that i checked. he offered little or no closing fees on the package i was looking at. in the end i decided to work with my regular bank because they service both my office and business. however, i may go back to kevin next time around. would recommend him highly.

They are very responsive and professional. They are extremely organized. There were no points or closing costs which is one of their specialties. I will continue to use them in the future.

Since our first conversation over the phone, Kevin was very knowledgeable and brought much benefit to us through his vast experience and knowledge, educating me and providing me all I needed to know, as well as providing very useful contact information (e.g. attorney and insurance agent - we used the people he recommended - all ended up providing excellent service that we are happy with). Kevin told me a month ahead what I should expect to see happening and all he mentioned was very useful because it became a reality (e.g. he suggested I should put a clause in the P&S whereby the seller would be responsible for extending my mortgage lock in case he would not be ready on time - that really happened - and I was saved from extra cost and had peace of mind). Kevin also showed flexibility and worked hard to protect my interest in terms of getting a better loan rate and avoiding penalties. Throughout the whole process, which lasted for about a month Kevin was always very responsive, whenever I called (even weekends sometimes) he was ready to answer all my questions and bear with me - he really made himself always available for as long as I needed. I also experienced Kevin as being very accurate in every piece of information given to me and there was high integrity and code of conduct in standing up to every word/commitment made by him.
