I used Kevin previously for a refinance for my condo, and had a great experience, so he was the first person I called after finding my dream house (unplanned, of course!). I had a very tight schedule to move, and Kevin and his team made it possible to close in 5 weeks! Kevin handled my mortgage when I first bought my house. Recently, I refinanced the balance and Kevin and his team once again did a fantastic job. Because not much time has passed since my original mortgage, he was able to save me certain expenses that I would have incurred if I went elsewhere. We had an excellent experience with Kevin and his team at Mortgage Master. With their help, we purchased a home in Grafton. We were first time home buyers (our first house was through inheritance). We knew little to nothing about this process. Kevin was honest, attentive, and provided a good sense of humor when things got rough. I very much appreciated the fact that Kevin was consistently available through email and his mobile. Kevin once answered his phone on a weekend while he was on a ski slope! Kevin offered us advice on financing our down payment and recommended a financial institution to assist us. He also recommended an excellent lawyer to assist us in selling our current home and purchasing our new home. Kevin and team were always at the ready to answer all of our questions--and we had a lot of them! They consistently checked in on the status of our purchase and offered helpful guidance at every step of the way. All the documentation and contracts were processed electronically. This was extremely convenient for my husband and I as we are both busy with our full time jobs and family. In addition to their knowledgeable and dedicated service, they got us a great interest rate through a reputable mortgage company (A+ rating on the BBB). We highly recommend working with Mortgage Master!

Kevin and his staff were very responsive and efficient, and made the entire process as easy as possible After a long period of inactivity on a home purchase (seller had to make repairs),I was suddenly notified they would be ready to close within one month. This was during the week between Christmas and New Years. Despite such terrible timing, Kevin returned all calls and had all in place and ready to go well before the 30 days. Of course, the seller was not ready and we ended up waiting another 3 months to finally close. In addition to dealing with issues with the seller, we needed to provide certain documentation as the property was very close to our current home. Other mortgage companies that I had spoke to made this issue sound very difficult. But, Kevin made it very, very simple and we ran into no problems. His staff, especially Laurie, are super -- very nice, responsive, courteous and again incredibly efficient. The follow-up on all documentation was excellent. Just provided documentation one time with no issues (heard of a lot of other companies losing documents, buyers having to resupply documents, etc.). Would definitely recommend Kevin's services.

Kevin's team was incredibly persistent and resourceful, helping me with every step of the process. First, they helped me figure out what kind of mortgage we could manage, and helped with pre-approval letters throughout the offer/P&S process. Once we had a P&S, they helped me work through the underwriting process, which was no small feat, given the unusual circumstances! They were incredibly patient with all my concerns, and worked hard to help me figure out how to come up with all the documentation. They were available any time I needed to ask a question or even just to be reassured that the process was proceeding smoothly.

Wonderful NO CLOSING COST ($0!!) refinance and excellent customer service experience with Kevin Flannery!! Please don't waste your time shopping around talking, filling out forms with other companies. Just go to Kevin, get his no closing cost refinance with a GREAT competitive rate and you're DONE...I wish I had know about Kevin from the get go.

I spoke with Kevin on the phone and he provided information and assistance regarding refinancing. I decided to go ahead. His staff sent me forms on line, provided information and assisted in filling out forms. I had a question and emailed the office at 9 pm and got a response! At 9 pm!! They also obtained forms from the VA which was needed for VA refinancing. Initial inquiry was 16 June, closed on 4 August (would have been sooner but I had issues with my computer and VA holdup). This company is very hard working, unbelievably helpful, and know what they are doing! I never had to leave the house until closing. I really do highly recommend this company.

Kevin was personable, knowledgeable, and excellent in providing us all of the information we needed. He was also able to offer us the most competitive rate and terms of everyone we had contacted.
