Kevin was personable, knowledgeable, and excellent in providing us all of the information we needed. He was also able to offer us the most competitive rate and terms of everyone we had contacted. Kevin was patient as we did the research we needed and incredibly prompt with followup every step of the way including after we closed on our loan. The loan closed on time with no issues. The whole process was really quite easy. We would definitely work with Kevin again and recommend him highly.

This was my second time purchasing a home. I contacted Kevin early on in my home search process looking for a pre-approval. From initial contact before we even started looking for a house, to closing on my new house 4 months later, Kevin was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. In my initial phone call with Kevin (at 8pm his time -- I was on the west coast), he spent a lot of time going over all sorts of information, chatting and answering any questions I had, as well as answering questions I didn't know I had yet. It was clear at this point that he would be easy to work with and responsive to my questions as they came up. That was definitely true and very much appreciated. Another thing I liked about everyone in his office is that they were all very detail-oriented. There weren't 3 people asking me for 3 different things, or people asking for unnecessary documents, or anything like that. Lots of bullet lists of precisely-worded requests. Finally, he got me a good rate, and worked hard to get me as quick a closing as possible, even though that causes additional stress and work on their part when they're already plenty busy. Overall, highly recommend Kevin and his team.

I contacted Kevin based on the positive reviews I saw on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. During the intial phase of the process, I dealt directly with Kevin. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he also gave me a sense that he was there to help me, not just sell me something. Kevin explored a number of different options for us based on our situation, and was able to get us a mortgage at the lowest rate we had seen to date. Once we committed to obtaining the loan through Kevin, he and his team guided us expertly through the approval process. They were very responsive, and stayed right on top of everything right through to the 'OK to close'. When the time came, they also worked directly with our attorney to finalize everything. They even provided a means to send emails securely. Purchasing a home can be a very stressful experience but, if you work with Kevin and his team, the process of securing a mortgage can be stress-free. Ours was.

I reached out to Kevin Flannery based on the positive feedback found on Angie's List. My situation was very complicated and I had already been turned away by other banks and credit unions. Kevin reviewed my situation and was able to find a mortgage that I would qualify for and still meet my needs. The staff at Mortgage Masters was extremely responsive and helpful. I found their secure website easy to use. My final HUD was nearly identical to the estimates originally provided, which was important to me since I value transparency in closing costs. Kevin referred me to a closing attorney, which I also had a very positive experience with.

i have used Kevin Flannery in the past for other refinances and purchases, however i feel it my duty to report my latest experience because it truly deserves recognition and i hope it can help other in stressful situations. . i have relied on angies list to guide me through other services i've needed so if you're reading THIS review, you too are looking for guidance. buying a home or refinancing a home can be a very scary and overwhelming experience, as it was for me the first time i purchased a home10 years ago. i was desperate to own and got trapped into an experience with a predatory lender that locked me into a loan that grew so huge i was unable to make payments and risked losing my home. i went through many "offers"from other companies that made promises but when the documents arrived they were never what they were promised to be, kevin was the last person i called. he came through as promised, no hidden fees, no surprises..true to his word. he even had an attorney come to my work to sign the closing documents. i have used him ever since. (he even called me months later when the rates went down to let me know he could save me money..can't beat that!) i bought a second home and once again kevin came through again and this is not an easy task. my husband and i were self-employed and kevin had the knowledge and experience to find us a loan program that worked for us. we since divorced and i bought him out of the property as i had become disabled and need to keep it to support myself. alimony and SSDI do not make for an easy loan, but once again, kevin had the patience, knowledge and expertise to find a loan that was able to work for me and save me from losing my home, and for that i am very grateful. he spent months working on my loan and please believe me, not many other brokers would have done that. he's only human but if there is a way to get a loan he will not only find it, but he will make it as painless as possible, get you the best deal, and put your mind at ease. as a single woman i value the fact that i have someone i can turn to and trust when it comes to my finances, it is worth it's weight in gold, so please...if you're reading this review call him and you won't regret it. thank you so much for saving my home kevin flannery.

Very satisfied with Kevin and his team. Everybody in the team was very efficient and professional. We got very good advise from Kevin when the process started and after that everything went smoothly and without a problem. The entire team was very nice to work with and they stayed on top of things the entire time. I don't think we could get a better rate in the future, but if we decide to purchase another property we will definitely call Kevin. Highly recommend him.

Kevin really is a mortgage master. He is a pleasure to work with because he is highly competent, very reasonable and enjoys his work. His insight was unmatched. He worked hard and late when we needed extra effort. We will call him immediately if we purchase another property.

Kevin is truly a master of mortgages. He was by far the most knowledgable person I spoke with, and I talked to at least 8 companies, including banks, mortage brokers, etc. He provided multiple options, many quite creative, and gave me a sense of the pros/cons and risks associated with them. He let me make the decision based on my situation, but definitely coached me away from options that may have looked good at first, but had more risk, etc. The rates I got were fantastic, I did not find any better. His team was incredibly thorough, responsive, and professional. I have never filled out so many forms in my life, and i've renogiated mortgages at least 3 times before, and this is my third home, so i'm no stranger to the paperwork, they are thorough. I actually spoke to Kevin himself severtal times, as opposed to calling a big company like quicken, and talking to some junior person, who does not listen to what your goals are, and honestly knew less than I did about financing, rates, etc. His team was able to turn around and close my home in less than 3 weeks, they had contigency plans in case timing did not happen (but it did!), during the summer for a purchase. Honestly, these guys are the best I've ever used, I cannot recommend them highly enough. If rates drop in the future, I will definitely call them to refinance.

He is amazing. Kevin attends to details and is very clear about the refinance process. His closing attorney came to my office for the signing of the documents. Kevin checked in with me after the closing to be sure that everything went smoothly. I have refinanced several times in the last 10+ years and Kevin is the best person that I have worked with. We started working with Kevin a while ago when we were thinking about refinancing and then followed up with him for purchase of our new home. Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented through the whole process. He was patient enough to go through all the options for us and was willing to answer all of our questions ( a lot of them).
