called him and few other mortgage companies. He gave the best price. He also gave some good advice about when to lock in the rate. This was during the spring, when mortgage rates were incredibly low, and his phone was probably ringing off the hook. It take him a little time to get back to us initially, but he had put a warning on his answering service that it may take a little while, so he set expectations well. We had a couple glitches with the assessor and a few mistakes made in the application, but Kevin apologized and explained it well. In the end, we even paid less then we expected.

Kevin was fantastic! I presented Kevin with a very challenging situation as I wanted to secure a mortgage backed by the newly increased VA loan limits and I had to close within a very short time period. Even the "VA loan specialists" I spoke with didn't seem to understand how the increased limits worked, nor could they figure it out. Not only were Kevin's rates the lowest I could find, Kevin was extremely diligent and went out of his way to learn about the new loan limits and ensure we were able to close on our house.

I emailed Ken for information, asked that he call when convenient, and he did so, promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable and we discussed the variety of available options, what the market looked like, what fees looked like that, and the application procedure. Ken took his time, was an ultimate professional, but also friendly, with a sense of humor, and no pressure. In the end, we went with another broker because of discounts from my wife's union. From our initial mortgage and this refinance, I've spoken with a good many brokers/lenders, and Ken was certainly at the top of my list. I'd highly recommend him and would have been happy to work with him.

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin. I sent an email on a Sunday for a request for information and had an email and voicemail on Monday morning. When speaking to Kevin, he was helpful and professional -- he spent time on the phone with me looking into what refinancing options might be available to my husband and me. He was friendly, helpful and honest. Although I'm not sure if it is the time for us to refinance, if we do, I will absolutely contact Kevin to do so.

I was in the market for a house, and needed to get pre-approval for a loan. Based on advice, I approached several lenders, one of them being an agent from Mortgage Masters as recommended by a friend. They asked a few questions, and then wrote up a pre-approval letter that I could use to write offers. They were very fast and efficient. However, a few months later, I received a call from them mistaking me for another client. They apologized, but based on that experience, I was not comfortable having them handle my purchase.

Kevin spent a lot of time taking me through the loan.

I can't say enough about Kevin. He worked on getting me the exact type of loan that suited me the best. This was not an easy process, as the industry for rehab/construction loans is pretty unfriendly. He was always available to answer all my questions. I can't say enough nice things about Kevin. I don't imagine ever working with anyone else in the future when I need to refinance or the next time I buy another house. I would recommend him to everyone!

Went back and forth with several companies. Ultimately no one could match the rates Kevin got for us. As a bonus his GFE was among the lowest we saw. We originally went with another broker, but when the rate he promised us fell through, Kevin was able to quickly secure the same rate for us, and even negotiate some cash back at closing. During the process he was very helpful, explaining things we didn't understand, offering some tips, even was willing to work with our attorney (instead of his) to save money. Did little things like forward a copy of our credit reports without us even having to ask for them.

When we refinanced our first home we were a little apprehensive about mortgage companies because we had such a bad experience when we purchased our home (hidden costs, rate changes , etc), but Kevin was so knowledgeable, and seemed so trustworthy we took the plunge, and put our faith in him... he was amazing! He got us an unbelievable rate, no closing costs, no stress! We had been shopping around for some time and his rates blew everyone out of the water, don't know how he did it but we were very happy! He even called us a few months later to tell us the rates had dropped and refinanced us again! How many mortgage brokers do that?! We went right to Kevin when we bought our second house, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free mortgage. He goes above and beyond any other mortgage broker!

Alison Freed is the broker we've dealt with (three times now - she brokered the refinancing of our condo several years ago.) Mortgage Master always comes up with good rates, and the policy of having no closing costs for the buyer makes it easy to figure out whether the mortgage they are offering is the most competitive, since you know the bottom line immediately. Alison has offered helpful advice based on her experience in the business. When there have been small hitches in our application process (e.g. additional documentation needed), she's been flexible about how to meet the needs, and does as much of the legwork as she can. She also checks back with her clients periodically, or when she sees the loan environment change in a way that might benefit them (e.g. changes in interest rates). You might not like receiving these unsolicited calls. For us it was helpful, she's done things like remind us that the fixed rate period of our ARM was coming to an end and we might want to refinance.

Kevin Flannery is incredibly responsive and friendly. He made the process go smoothly and easily, as he was always clear and direct in what he needed and when. Both times we used him I shopped around for better deals and both times other mortgage brokers were surprised at the deals he got us. When our escrow was extended he took care of extending our rate lock without me needing to remind him and with no additional charge, even though he had mentioned earlier that there probably would be costs associated with that. Overall, I was confident that he had all the details handled and there was nothing mortgage-related I needed to worry about. If I have any complaint, its that he can be a bit chatty and its not always easy to get off the phone with him. But, there are worse things to worry about, right?

DENNIS KELLEHER ARRANGED A 30 YEAR MORTGAGE AT A VERY GOOD RATE PLUS AN EQUITY LOAN ON THE NEW HOUSE. WE ALSO OBTAINED AN EQUITY LOAN ON THE OLD HOUSE. THE TWO EQUITY LOANS ACTED AS A BRIDGE LOAN BUT AT A MUCH BETTER INTEREST RATE. ONCE THE OLD HOUSE IS SOLD WE CAN PAY OFF BOTH EQUITY LOANS AND THE OLD MORTGAGE AND JUST KEEP THE 30 FIXED MORTGAGE ON THE NEW HOUSE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN THE SELLERS WANTED TO MOVE THE CLOSING DATE AT THE LAST MINUTE, HE WAS ABLE TO WORK IT OUT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH DENNIS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
