Unresponsive, rude, unprofessional. Couldn’t be bothered by her clients. Terrible customer service. Defensive and does not listen to client needs. (Who is the paying customer??) Project took forever and punch list never completed. Promised visibility into bills and never provided true visibility — total farce. Karen brings nothing to the table in terms of vision or skill. Better off hiring your own subs or hiring a contractor who knows how to DO somethhing (carpentry, plumbing, etc). Absolutely terrible experience. Any time someone asks for a contractor recommendation, I’m sure to mention who NOT to hire.
