I just think that in the terms when they do and don't do the treatments, they're still charging me $110. So, it would be the same price if they did any treatments or no treatments, it would be the same price. What they could do better is I guess just look at their pricing structure to just charge a little less or none when no treatment has been provided.

The office and inspector were terrific- I was juggling a couple inspections with home owners schedule and Griggs and Browne was flexible and accommodating to the changes that kept happening. The inspector called the morning of the scheduled afternoon inspection to say he was done early and could come earlier. We received the report that evening and as evidence of termites was found, was helpful in our bargaining for a better offer on the property. Would both recommend them and hire them again. One suggestion would be that the emailed report use the original hand written notes by the inspector, as the carbon copy was impossible to read. The typed notes were clear and the report was prompt.

We have been doing business with them for years. They are very professional and come whenever we have issues and or whenever we need them to. They are very trustworthy and we have never had any problems with them.

They are very good. They don't use sprays and chemicals if I don't want them to.

Their prices are high. The people are nice and professional but it is a lot of money for them to come and spray the house for 20 minutes. I pay $250 a year.
