"It is true that the client did not get the results she wanted. I indicated that additional stone may be needed, but it would put her over her budget. We put down inexpensive loose stone first, then covered with a very nice, more expensive stone. This did not provide the look the client wanted. Because of some mixing, I purchased an additional yard of the expensive stone to cover, but did not charge the client. Yet, she was still not satisfied. The client did not pay the full invoice, only $600. It was a disappointing result from a repeat client."
