Rob and the Nor’Easter roofing company were amazing. Called him with a leaky room and he came out to look at it the very next day. The job was completed within 2 weeks and the job only took 1 day to complete. Very professional and punctual and going to contact him when I need to have the siding and windows done on the house.

Simply fantastic.  Outstanding quality and excellent service at a fair price.  I cannot recommend Rob, the owner, and his team highly enough.  I have a large house and the crew stripped, prepped, replaced skylights, and roofed in two days.  Clean-up was exceptional.  Rob was involved from initial visit, quotes, and on site during portions of the job.  His advice on which products to use, colors, and important versus unnecessary upgrades was right on.  During the job the crew worked incredibly hard with impeccable attention to detail.  I wish every contractor I hired was this professional and talented.  Thank you.   

We have a newer house only thirteen years old, and had to replace the sub-par shingles installed so we got three quotes, but Rob's quote stood out because his contract was clear, his references impeccable, the warranty was comprehensive, and his attention to detail was obvious. For example, due to a gutter issue I inherited from the builder, Rob was the only contractor to say he would replace the entire front gutter vs. just patching it. Despite his busy schedule he was able to squeeze us in within weeks of signing the contract. His team showed up on a Friday morning, and the roof was done by the time the sun was down, and the property was cleaned so well we didn't even know they were here. We would strongly recommend Noreaster Roofing of Uxbridge for all your roofing and siding needs.

A great experience with our roof reshingle using Nor'[Easter. Rob was prompt, on time, willing to answer any question at almost any time. He went out of his way to get here quickly so that a renovation that we had going on wouldn't be delayed... AND he did the entire roof (with what seemed like an army of men!) in one day. It looks great and so far, well it's functioning like a roof should. :)

Rob was knowledgeable and honest when discussing our need to replace the roof on our home.  We spoke to a few other roofers but we preferred Rob's genial manner and thorough approach.  He kept us in the loop throughout the scheduling and permitting process.  When the day came to do the work, his crew, together with Matt, the crew leader, arrived exactly when they said they would.  
We have a large home with a separate garage, several dormers, and an addition.  All the old roofing was removed without wrecking any of our landscaping (amazing) in a matter of hours.  The new roof went on beautifully and quickly.  It was obvious from watching that these guys knew what they were doing and they worked well together.  When they were done (1.5 days), they cleaned up thoroughly.  I have black mulch which made it difficult to find all the old tar paper but they got it done.  
We had a tiny glitch in that we all misunderstood where we expected new gutter and where we were keeping old gutter, but we quickly came to an understanding and the job was completed to our satisfaction.  Our home's curb appeal has been improved 100%.  I would recommend anyone use this company.

Overall great service.  Came in and completed the job on time and cleaned up after.  Only issue was when there was a small issue that popped up the response was ignored after a few calls.

The work went well. I have no complaints.

The job went exceptionally well. The crew arrived on time. Rob was there at the start and end of the job. I was amazed that they were able to do all the work in one day. When the job was complete, Rob walked around the house with me for a final inspection. We were very pleased.
A couple weeks later we noticed an issue with a bathroom vent and suspected it had been closed off during the roof install. We called Rob and he came within the next few days and fixed the issue. So, we could say his followup after the job is great too.
Best of all--we have had our new roof for over one year now and NO LEAKS! It looks beautiful, and we would definitely recommend Rob at Noreaster Roofing.

Overall, the experience was a very good one with limited problems.

Gutter covers were supposedly damaged during room replacement

Work permit was to be pulled, per contract, but town called a few months later and said that permit was not on file. Rob took care of this minor problem himself and permit was mailed to homeowner that same day

We got several quotes.  Rob's was the best.  He also had a lot of experience and good reviews from what I could see.  We had some delays due to other contractors needing to be hired, but he was patient and did the work quickly when we were ready for him to come in.

My only caution is that he may recommend a carpenter who works with him.  I only advise that you really check that person's price against other quotes.  Rob's price was very competitive.  The carpenter's price was not.  We had other work to do, and went with someone else.

It was a little expensive but I needed some work done immediately.

He gave me a price of $600 over the phone on the first call. The second call he quoted me a price of $900. When he came to my home it went to $2,000. The worst part was that it took the workers only 30 minutes to do the job. They left the snow on the ground, so I had to shovel it up. I shouldn't have hired him for that price, and I feel he took advantage of the situation. He didn't tell me it would only take 30 minutes. He told me the name of the supervisor, which he lied about. He was very unprofessional. He patronized me when I complained about the amount he charged for the job.

I would recommend Nor'Easter to anyone interested in a new roof

In general everything went extremely well.
Price was very competitive.
Owner very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work that was done.
Owner was on the job site during the entire process which was VERY helpful. Any and all questions/problems dealt with immediately.
Entire job completed in one day.
Dumpster arrived at 7:00 AM, owner and his crew arrived by 8 AM,
Entire job completed (including cleanup) by 3:30 PM.
Extremely happy with the entire process and would definitely recommended  this company to my friends.

They were very, very good. The guys were here every day and they worked very hard. The workers were very good and conscientious. They did their job. They were not the lowest priced but they were very good. They got the job done and did what I wanted. They did a good job cleaning up. The roof is doing fine and there were no complications. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Good communication during quote process. Not cheapest quote but preferred to hire local. Entire process completed while one owner was deployed overseas. Was understanding with owners while additional funds were acquired: owners decided to have gutters replaced after roof job complete. Returned phone call promptly when owner had question 45 days post-completion

We had been searching for a contractor to repair or replace our roofs. I found Nor' Easter Roofing through Angies List and met with him the following day. We signed the contract a few weeks later and they schduled the work to begin on an agreed date. They arrived on the first day as expected and banged out one third of the job (amazing!). They finished ahead of schedule and the quality of work was exceptional. There were no surprises along the way. The sign of a quality contractor is a good cleanup and it was absolutely spotless. You'd never have known they had been there.
