All three jobs were done promptly and percisely.  Mr. Bernard's experience and professionalism were exceptional.

If you are looking for a Contractor, make sure Ken Bernard is at the top of your list.  He is the only Contractor I know that still does 1 job at a time.  He and his partner, Al, work on only your project until it is completed.  When you call him, he answers his phone, and if you have questions, he is available.  Ken also did not hesitate to contact me when he had a question.  He wanted to make sure he "knew" exactly what I wanted vs. what he "thought" I wanted. 
Ken and Al were at our house everyday promptly at 7:30 a.m. working.  They are very professional, and their work is meticulous.  Also, I have never seen a job site so clean.
Both Al and Ken are very pleasant to work with, and they work very well together.  You hardly ever hear them talking. 
We have had other jobs done with other Contractors, and I wish Ken and Al had done those jobs as well  -- we had many problems with the other Contractors.

Kenneth is the best contractor that we have encountered. He is a constant professional. He is always there when he says he will be. There is a very high level of integrity with Kenneth. He is very honest and he will not ever try to pad the sale. He always puts in an honest days work. Kenneth has been outstanding to work with. When he came out to give me the estimate for the dry rod work he did not even charge me.
