Oil change - they forgot to put cover back on where you pour the oil in. I drove away & leaked all over the place. Had to go back, get new oil cover & they did wash the engine as much as they could.
Looking car over for issues - they said I needed new brake pads & rotors, that I'd be getting in an accident if I didn't get them replaced. But, I'd just had the car inspected & the brakes were fine so I took the car to someone else to check out the pads & rotors & they said there was still 75% left on them.
