Josh Boisvert returned my initial call in a very timely manner. He visited my home the next day to prepare an estimate. The initial estimate was conveyed verbally, which I used to compare estimates provided by other contractors. Upon choosing Boisvert Home Remodeling to do the job, I requested a written proposal so that I could have written documentation of the scope of work to be performed. After experiencing some difficulty while sending the proposal via e-mail, Josh hand-delivered a written proposal to my home. I accepted it on the spot, and he began the work on a Sunday morning about one week later. The work was completed in a timely manner, and it appears to have been done well. In the unlikely event that we do have any problems, the workmanship is backed by a reasonable warranty as well as the warranty on materials used. Upon completion, the site was clean and free of debris. I am very satisfied with the work of Boisvert Home Remodeling, and I will certainly consider them for future work of this type.
