Appliance Repair
Rob was recommended by Charlotte Appliance, but the machine we wanted (a Consumer Reports Magazine best buy) was no longer available, so we ended up getting a Kenmore from Sears (another CR best buy). However, since he was recommended, we asked him to do this installation. The technician was very punctual and pleasant. He described the mechanics of the installation to my husband, who was very interested in the process. My husband told me the tech was very well versed in all the different makes and models of dishwashers, and really knew his way around the plumbing issues with our hookup. He was quick and efficient, and obviously had a lot of experience, and I think it was a very fair price for the level of service we received. I'd use them again.
