Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Quality is less than poor. Driveway collapsed at garage threshold. Water pools in numerous spots. Would NEVER use them again. USE SOMEONE ELSE

"This person has the wrong company. There 2 other companies that start with precision. I have gone back 3 years to search name and address. We have never had this person as a customer. He has also tried to put the review on BBB but when asked by the BBB to provide verification it was our company he had not responded because he has the wrong company. There is a company that started a few years back that with the first name of precision in Worcester county. We get all his complaints because he does not provide contact info to his customers. They removed the old driveway and repaved. The same foot print was used. The old driveway was at grade level throughout. The new driveway stands proud of the lawn, as much as 4-5 inches in places. Found this year that a 12 inch sink hole developed in one place. In another place there was slight settling and cracks, the pavement here seemed to be around 1 inch thick. We never had any of these kind of problems with the old driveway. We replaced the old driveway because there were some shallow bumps developing that precision said was caused by rocks.

I was very happy with the service. He dug out the old driveway and put in the new gravel. He was very good. It was timely and I can’t find anything wrong. The price was good and they did a good job at estimating. They sued between 78-82 tons of asphalt. They got the whole job done in about a day and a half. He was busy and it did take a little while to get it scheduled.
