In regards to moving the furniture, we generally suggest that you remove any breakable items from the area to be cleaned and any small items that you can easily carry out of the room. Most of the time, there's enough space in the room to move the larger pieces from one side of the room to the other. This is easier and less strenuous than completely removing the furniture from the room. Just thought I'd let you know for next time! :)"

"Hello [Member Name Removed], We generally advise our area rug cleaning customers that the in-plant process, from pick up to delivery, takes approximately two weeks. I apologize if you weren't made aware of this. Often times vomit odor in a rug can intensify when it gets wet from cleaning. For this reason, when vomit or other biological contaminants are present on a rug, odor removal service is recommended. However, you declined this more costly restoration process. Without this process, odor removal can't be guaranteed. Nevertheless we returned not once but twice, in an attempt to remedy the unpleasant smell."

So I'm dismayed that the carpet cleaning didn't live up to your expectations. I only wish you had let us know right away so we would have had an opportunity to correct any shortcomings. As a service to our customers, my office staff calls a few days after the cleaning to solicit feedback. If we don't hear back, we assume everything is fine. Judging from your comments, it sounds like the carpets are matted due to age or sticky residues from soapy cleaning methods. Our cleaning process doesn't leave behind any sticky residues so once all of the existing residues are removed, the carpet will stay cleaner longer. Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to rinse away all of the sticky residues in just one cleaning. Frequent vacuuming may help. I also recommend that you don't use any "home remedies". Products such as Resolve and Woolite can exacerbate the matting."

"Hello, I wonder if you could be confusing us with another company. We don't use a dry chemical. We use a water based "green" cleaning solution. I did find a record of work being done at the address provided in the review, but the cost was only $150, not $199 as [Member Information Removed]. Also, following service, we always call our customers to give them an opportunity to share any comments or concerns. If you had notified us that you were unhappy with the job we would definitely have done whatever was necessary to correct any shortcomings. on a fluffy kind of pillow they brought inside. They measured the 3 rooms with a laser device (they exclude unmovable objects) and calculated a price so you know in advance if your rooms exceed the special pricing limits. They got right to work using a carbonated water formulation that leaves no chemical smell or residue and protected the furniture (which they moved) from staining carpet by placing small, temporary plastic shields. Completed in about 1 1/2 hours.
