It's a big deck. The work went very well. He was tidy and his work was excellent. He was just meticulous and definitely professional. I loved him. His price is good when the quality of his work is considered. He is going to do a basement for me in the future.

Allen reviewed the work and provided good advice based on his experience. This information aligned with other professional opinions I received. He called me the next day and provided his estimate. The schedule of his work was based on someone else performing the fan installations first. When I called him to tell him that the fans were installed he came out in two days. The work was very clean. And even though he had to go back and forth from the attic up to the roof there was no sign in the house of him being there. I also asked him to look at a couple of other small repair items which he completed all on the same day and in a very thorough manner.

Better than I could ever hope foor, no surprises. Work was professional, timely, absolutely perfect.
