+ -1 moreIt's a big deck. The work went very well. He was tidy and his work was excellent. He was just meticulous and definitely professional. I loved him. His price is good when the quality of his work is considered. He is going to do a basement for me in the future.

+ 0 moreAllen reviewed the work and provided good advice based on his experience. This information aligned with other professional opinions I received. He called me the next day and provided his estimate. The schedule of his work was based on someone else performing the fan installations first. When I called him to tell him that the fans were installed he came out in two days. The work was very clean. And even though he had to go back and forth from the attic up to the roof there was no sign in the house of him being there. I also asked him to look at a couple of other small repair items which he completed all on the same day and in a very thorough manner.
Description of Work: Ran exhaust duct from two bathroom exhaust fans up to roof. Cut and patched holes in roof for two exhaust fans. Installed one attic exhaust fan thru roof.

Description of Work: Mr. Morreale's is a Grade A capenter. He is a perfectionist, going beyond what is required as a craftsman. He installed french doors in the dining - living room area of our brick ranch home. The masons he contracted came when scheduled, cut the exterior of the house, & removed all the debris in record time. Mr. Morreale was always punctual, extremely neat, and professional. His prices are very reasonable and his work is A-1 quality. He will be doing all my remodeling work in the future. Mr. Morreale is licenced HIC #107052, Bldrs. Lic #049902 and insured.
