Warner Brothers Landscape And Excavation

The owner Tim Warner and his guys were absolutely phenomenal, Warner Brother was actually recommended to us by two landscape supply places, and one installer who said our job was "too small for them", mind you, this is no small job at all. Tim Warner was always on top of everything, and clearly knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He was always on time, if not early by a few minutes. His pricing is clear and easy to follow, its all broken down into sections based on the "part" of the job. When we weren't sure what to do about something, Tim was always right there to give his opinion, and we ended up liking it just about every time. Anyway Tim and his guys showed up the first day of the job and immediately started to remove part of the old driveway where the patio is now at, then stripped the majority of the lawn later that day. over the next few days, they set a new rough grade, then poured a new pad for under the granite steps. the granite went in in one day and the next few days were spent doing the walkway, patio, then final grade of the new lawn, and everything looks amazing! THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD, WHICH IS IN NO WAY WARNER BROTHER'S FAULT IS: the paver we hired, four different people told the paver  both before and during their time doing the new drive way that they "HAVE TO MEET THE NEW GRADE".  Well we come home from work only to find a driveway that is anywhere from 4-10.5 inches above the new lawn, which is now why there is a wall "well" around the tree. we immediately call Tim and he immediately came over to see how BAD THE PAVER MESSED UP. mind you, we have the irrigation company coming the next day. Tim had his guys here, off another job the next morning with the dump truck to bring in about another 22 yards of loam so that we wouldn't have to reschedule the irrigation company, and hydroseeding could be done. We really couldn't be any happier with Tim Warner and his company. We will be using them again in a year or two when we redo the back yard.
