TV Service - Cable, Landline Phone Service + 2 more
The price is too much. It's just stupid. I don't know if I would continue with Verizon for the home, but I need the home phone and I need the internet. I have the whole house wired. Change to Comcast or some other provider would mean I got a lot of changing to do in the house. The fellow who did the installation was nice, he was accommodating as maybe I would expect. I didn't want the router in the basement. I wanted it upstairs in my office because it would broadcast way better and way further as it had in the past. He insisted that it would be just as good, and it isn't. My office is on the second floor of the house. The old arrangement I had worked terrific. I could get any service I wanted anywhere. As a matter of fact, I would say anywhere on the property. Now I can barely sit on my patio and get internet.

TV Service - Cable
Verizon has the extremely poor customer service . They initially sent me paperwork to activate my account but no equipment. I had to spend hours waiting to get someone to understand I need equipment and to stop charging me, because charges were incurred once I received the paperwork. I had activation problems in the past - once they shut off service too soon which resulted in added costs because I had to activate as a new account. Although, I have to say , once up, the service always seemed to work well but...
Recently noticed many of the stations in my plan not activated. I called support to explain I thought I was being charged for service I was not getting. After being passing around to 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE and put ON HOLD for 2 Hours, I finally reached a technician who told me I need to active each of those stations. Stations are shut off if not used in 30 days and need to be re-activated. This means if I don't use stations in 30 days then want to watch them, I am sent to several screen telling me to "press ok to find out if this channel is part of your package" . I don't know about you, but I don't memorize what is in my package. Then, after hitting ok . I am brought to another screen telling me to active the stations which takes about 10 minutes. I was told "my package" is broken into several suites and that I need to update each channel or at least one in one of those suites, but will not provide me one station in each of those suites to ease the re-activation process .Instead telling me I would need to search all stations in my package(again not something high on my todo list to memorize ) to find which I needed to active. After strongly pressing the Verizon representative and another "HOLD" session, he found 1 station from each of the for "suites" so I would only needed to active 1 channel from each suite.
This is not service to me when I have to do all the work. I would not recommend Verizon because we all need service sometime and so you will have to deal with customer support at some stage.

TV Service - Cable
I was with Verizon a couple of months. I did not like them. I trouble with the TV, and the phone. They could not seem to fix it, so I went back to Comcast.
