Scott and helper arrived in a timely manner. It was determined the cartridge needed to be ordered, but everything else was done in a few hours. When the part arrived Scott came back to install but added that I should contact Delta for a possible free cartridge. I did contact Delta and was sent a new cartridge to have as a back-up. Glad he made that recommendation. Job well done. 

We had used them in that regard, but we hadn't really used them. We were sandwiched between a bunch of home owners so they charged us extra because a lot of home owners thought they had burst pipes. They were pretty thorough in what they were looking for. He came out with his assistant. They were excellent, very friendly, he always gets back to me whenever I have a call. He sometimes even calls me when I am surprised he is even picking up the phone. It took them half an hour to do the inspection. He gives a full guarantee on his work for a year.

Our old plumber retired and he recommended him.  They were supposed to be here on Monday but someone else's house blew up and so they had to go to them because they had a water break and we just have a dripping drain.  He cleaned up well.  I looked and there was no mess.  He has someone who comes and helps him gets this done.  When we've had toilets and sewers leaking he's taken take of those.  He's taken care of problems we've had to sink drains and things like that.  He’s our go to plumber.  He’s always there and if he can't make it, he calls.  Like on Monday he couldn't make it because someone else had much more pressing issues because they had a water pipe break so that is understandable.  It's been my fault for not contacting him back to reschedule mine as I've not been able to get to my calendar to do that.  He's called us back on Sundays.  I've left a message on a Sunday expecting to hear from him on Monday but I heard from him on Sunday night.
