Scott Besegai

We were very pleased with the quality of work which Scott did.  We could tell from watching him work that he was extremely meticulous about the quality and takes a lot of pride in his work.  He and his crew are very thorough and were good about keeping the work area clean.  Because of the scope of work we had done -- roofing to remodeling to window replacements -- we ended up using a number of subcontractors who referred by Scott.  The quality of the additional contractors (plumbing, electricians, tiling) were all excellent.
As we were getting quotes for the job, we did interact with other contractors whose presentations were more professional.  However, what Scott's quote lacked in professionalism was more than made up for in the quality of his work.  The work was completed for the original price agreed, even when he had to do some unanticipated repairs to the flashing on our chimney due to leaks.  As the work progressed, we added some items to the scope of work and Scott gave us additional quotes for this work which were very reasonable.  He identified items he saw during the work which needed additional repairs (such as rotted side shingles), but they were always items which were important to the final quality of the job.
Scott did an excellent job with this fairly large project.  We would absolutely use him again for additional remodeling or repairs in our home.  He isn't a "large scale" contractor, but he is thorough and does very high quality work.
