I had some damage to my SUV after backing into a tree (duh!).  My husband had to have some work done for his Audi a few months ago, and Glenn did a great job on his car, so, naturally, I decided to use the shop for my repair and I'm so glad I did!  One of the parts needed to complete the repair was on backorder from the manufacturer, and Glenn called to let me know the car would be at the shop a little longer than he'd quoted.  That has never happened with any other repair shop I've used in the past! The phone is answered very promptly and courteously.  The work is outstanding, and they even wash and vacuum your car for you - a nice touch.  Glenn is just an all-around nice guy, and the other guys at the shop are great, too.  I can't personally remark on the fee, since this was an insurance claim, but my husband had to pay out of pocket, and the price quoted was the price paid.  No bait and switch, none of that, just a fair deal. I will never take my car anywhere else for body work, and I highly recommend Riel to anyone.
