Home Staging
I've never used a stager before but overall I would say this was a perfect experience. While being respectful of the fact that we would still be living in the house while it was for sale, she managed to add a layer of decor that made it a completely different home. She was also super responsive any time I emailed or texted her questions. She worked with our budget and every room in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was given the designer touch. She finished the house on April 11th, 2016 - a monday. The photographer came on Tuesday and the Open House was that weekend. The realtor called me Monday night to say there were multiple offers! I truly believe the staging made a huge difference and was glad to work with someone like Natasha and her team.
