McLaughlin Oil

Furnace has not been running well for a few weeks...Called McLaughlin Oil on the reccomendation of a friend.  Spoke to District Manager, Scott Yohn. This was yesterday afternoon. He said he wd have a service member contact me. Within half an hour, recieved the call. I explained to him what the issues were with the furnace. He said he wd come down last eve when he was done with the call he was on, but we didn't want to pay the after hours fee and had electric heaters so it wasn't an emergency. He then said he wd be here about 8:30-9:00am today. He arrived about 8:10 and went to work right away. He had to do some testing to eliminate other possible causes for the furnace problems, but soon realized it was the transformer. He put a new one on, replaced the nozzle, cleaned the electrodes and checked the oil pressure and air to fuel ratio. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and efficient! He was here about 1/2 hr or so and we feel the cost was very reasonable.

They come if there is any problem. They are great. My husband is still using them, so I guess their pricing is okay. I would continue using them in the future.
