Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
I picked out and purchased the toilet, vanity and other hardware myself. The original bathroom was horrible; everything was tiled, including the ceilings and walls so Jim had to pull everything down. He did a nice job but I made several personal judgment mistakes; but they were not his mistakes. I asked him for an estimate to remodel two other bathrooms as well as several other things around my home but his estimate was another $70,000 on top of what I spent on this bathroom. He is a very nice guy and did a good job but I thought he was overpriced so did not use him for the other work.
