The experience was a good one. I've never seen anyone work as hard as John. They ran into problems when they had to breech my chimney which took them a long time. They were working till 11 at night - they were here for 12 hours.

Inspector showed cracked corwn & liner needs to be replaced. Did crown repair today.

It went really great! The guys were on time, actually a few minutes early and they called me before they got here. That was suprising but very nice and professional. They were clean and dressed in uniforms which was also different from the contractors I've had come to my house in the past. They explained everything to me. I hadn't known the top of my chimney was in such disrepair but after they showed me pictures it was very apparent I needed the work done. I would hire them again (hope I don't have to) and I would recommend a friend. Actually my neighbor used them too and was happy.
