Dave showed up and after testing the existing heater, found it truly had "died".  So he had to install a new one which we had discussed and he was prepared with by bringing.  He had to cut an access panel into a cabinet bottom (which should have been done originally), then installed insulation to dampen vibrations (also hadn't been done originally).  He couldn't get the air bubble to dislodge and start the heater, but we are set to touch base after the furnace guy comes and fixes a pressure gauge (different issue).  Dave called in another to help him when he realized the job would take too long otherwise, and they properly cleaned everything up.  I got full explanations of all details.

He was recommended and he's been phenomenal. They know their stuff. He's been very good. He's very reasonable. He's done a lot for me. He came back and retested the pressure lines and left it on a couple of days to make sure that there was no pressure leaks. He's very thorough. The cleanup was awesome. He didn't leave anything else. Professionalism is excellent.
