Demontigny Flooring

I had originally hired Seth to install pre-finish in my Mothers' living room a few years back and it came out amazing. He was very particular and paid great attention to detail and worked well with me to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Put a great custom threshold going into the kitchen. He worked well around her old heaters and took great caution when working around them and the tile near the fireplace.
I had him come back last year to extend the floor into a bedroom. It looks as if he had did it all at once with an absolute seamless transition and carefully picked which boards to use to make it perfect.
I tried to power wash my Mother's 20 year old deck to give it some new life but was not happy with the outcome at all. So I called Seth back up knowing he said he sands and refinishes floors to see if he could do a deck. He sanded it down and had it looking like new!
Great work every time with him. You see the effort and care he takes in doing all his own work and not hiring a bunch of guys to do it for him. Takes real pride in his name and work and stands by it. I will use him anytime I need any hardwood floor work done!
