Carpet Care

They told me they would do 2 rooms and a hallway for $49.99.  When he got here he was only going to do 1 room for $200.  He said they had to use expensive chemicals because the carpet was off-white.  I refused to pay that and only paid him $150.  He did clean the hallway too.  I was required to make the check out to the guy and not the company itself.  He cleaned the room, and the next day the carpet was still wet and the spots started coming back through.  He was here for only 30 minutes at the most.  I didn?t feel like he was listening to me and he had problems understanding me and what I wanted.  I tried to call their office about 10 times to talk about the service, but they wouldn?t answer.

Originally they said on the phone the cleaning was pet friendly.  We have a dog and two cats.  Our dog has very sensitive skin and is allergic to a lot of things.  I was worried that the chemicals would be harmful to our pets.
