They knew what they were doing. Came right away, dug it up and got the water running again. It was too cold and snowy to put a patch on the driveway, He didn't charge me for that, said it would be around $200 in the spring if I wanted him to do it. . I called and they just came by and patched it beautifully. I called to thank Steve and ask how much and he said it was no charge! Really nice company to work with.

Cardoso was a subcontractor on our home addition project.  He was hired to do excavation work, digging, etc.  With his work and because they were so close to the addition, the sewage pipe and electrical conduit were exposed and suspended insufficiently several feet in the air while foundation and basement were constructed.  A few months after Cardoso had backfilled, our main sewer pipe and electrical conduit, both going to the septic tank, had collapsed underground.  The pvc sewer pipe had become unconnected to the cast iron piping from the house, near the foundation.  Further digging revealed that the second 10? section of pipe from the house was bowed.  This had resulted in water collecting in that pipe and that it was therefore not pitched adequately. The electrical conduit holding the line going from the house to the septic pump was sheared.  All of these issues were caused by settling, due to improper backfilling.  The excavator should have tamped the ground down, underneath the sewer and electrical pipes, much better than they did ? if they did at all - to ensure adequate support.  Cost  for repairs so far is $5,990.

This is not a town-owned drainage system, but is a very old one on private land. Rainy weather kept this full of water, but Steve repeatedly stopped by over a month's time checking on conditions. This is located next to our driveway so I was concerned that this could be an unsafe situation if someone drove off the driveway while backing out. Steve did a great job in fixing this, it is now solid and safe.

He was very professional. He was able to do the connection from the main to the house so I didn't have to pay a second plumber. They had to re-seed my lawn and put the soil back. The main line was under my staircase which is concrete and I didn't want that ripped out which is why they ended up having to put a whole new main into the house and it was expensive. He was right on time and finished the project when he said he would. I would recommend him.
