Bill's Landscaping

I don't ever physically see Bill's Landscaping working, but I come home and everything is done. If you call him, he calls you back immediately, always the same day. If you have issues - I remember I had tree branches that had broken, I left a message to him to get the branches and that day, the branches were gone. They cleaned them all up and took them out of my back yard. As far as if they see something going on with the lawn, they immediately tell me. He's given me a heads up on a couple of trees that were rotted on the inside out, that could potentially fall on something. Overall, it's just a pleasant company to deal with. They're non-invasive. If you tell them times that you would prefer them not to come, like if you're working different shifts or something, they'll come when you want, no problem. They usually come in the morning, but I had asked them a couple of times to come in the evening and it was no problem. The owner physically comes out. I remember one time I had a little issue with my fence. He had come out the same day I had called. I said, "I think that maybe one of your lawnmowers caught my fence." He came out literally within hours of me making that phone call and rectified it. He fixed the fence, right then and there. I would absolutely continue to use them. I've been using them now for about four and a half or five years.
