 + -1 moreBriefly summarized: Work was not done but money is gone (substantial amount). I?m not sure when we will see them again if ever. Absolute disaster. The owner of this company came to collect initial deposit (1/3 of the full contact price). Excavation was done quickly but after that he mostly communicated by phone only (no show up), the work was not moving as he was having issues getting subcontractors (concrete work etc.). On the end, we have learned that only 1/2 of the payment was done for excavation. In addition, we had to find another contractor company in the middle of the season.
Description of Work: We had a contract for new addition (two stories; including kitchen, guest room, bathroom, master bedroom + master bath).
