He was excellent. He was just outstanding. John Arseneau was excellent, just like his brother Mike Arseneau was excellent in plumbing. They are dependable and reliable as far as their word. They tell me that that they are going to start the job on such and such a day and they are true to their word. They are pleasant. I called and told him I couldn’t be around right away but that was okay if he could take a look at the work because it was on the outside of the condo and not the inside, and he arrived the very next day. He called me back at night and gave the estimate. He kept right through the estimate and he was just really outstanding. They did an outstanding job in no time at all, and I think it was done in two and a half days or s, just as they had said. I am a very picky person and he was excellent. He is coming back to do another job for me in a few months. He sent the materials upfront. I think he did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
