My installation went well thanks to Josh and Alex. I cannot say enough about these two young men. They were polite, explained everything to me, and very knowledgeable. They are truly an asset to this company. I would definitely recommend this company. Yvonne Walls 12/10/21

I was scheduled for 2PM but they called and said they were running early and if I was free they could come late morning. Worked out better for me! He was very pleasant, answered all my questions did the work that I asked for and even gave me maintenance tips.

OK except for the cost.
Since the water heater was bad we didn't want to spend a lot of time shopping for plumbers and we knew someone who worked there so we called them. They helped us replace a warrantied water heater and I do believe they made it a little more difficult than it needed to be but I do not believe it was intentional. By this I mean they were requiring an original receipt of the purchase plus tax proof we lived in the house when it was purchased. This may be standard for other water heater companies but I called State Water Heaters directly and they gave me a return number with no hassle.
Once they received the replacement WH, Denommee came in and replaced it in under 2 hours and for that we were charged $590.
Lesson learned - go with out a shower for a little while longer and save money by shopping around.

1985 plumbing fixtures contain dissimilar metals and over time they cold fuse together from the oxidation etc.

I bought a new plastic diverter valve with a new gasket on it. However, I could not unscrew the connecting bolts.

Denommee Plumbing is a Plumbers Plumber. I was in awe of the years of experience that was evident in this very

very difficult repair.

The plumber that Guy sent out was competent and courteous. He said that a weak pipe might be further damaged by the work that he was doing. He was right. He quoted me a price for that, but in the end, when it was damaged he cut me a big break on the price to replace it. First circulator pump installed didn't actually work. Quickly called office and got another one out to my house and installed that one. I've used Denommee twice before and will use again. Guy has always done right by me.

Fair, They did a good job on the PVC pipes, (cost $750) albeit a bit expensive, but did drop a PVC pipe and dented the HW stairs on the way out. No apology, just ignored it and left. Later when they came back, to install the gas pipes they installed it such that it was too close to the A/C lines that had a nice cover over them. Instead of moving the pipe over 1/2", they just crunched the cover which later came off. When they came over the last time, I mentioned that the pipe should be moved over slightly. The plumber said he would call the office. I had to leave for work and never got a word, and they never moved it. What really gauls me is that the web site shows this nicely plumbed furnace, and then when I point out how they didn't do such a great job, they ignore it and don't fix it. I won't use them again. There are too many other plumbers out there that do better work and care what the homeowner says. As an engineer, I'm sick of contractors doing a sloppy job!
