Our house has had numerous problems and the overall craftsmanship inside and outside is extremely poor. Our problems have included roof leaks in 2 different parts of the roof, plumbing that was not soldered and therefor leaked, a septic system that was built 3 feet above the correct elevation, tile that are coming up off the floor and very poor landscaping. The house is only 5 years old and we have made $25,000 worth of repairs.
