House Cleaning
It was terrible. The first time they came, they did not do everything on their 49-point list - vacuuming under a bed, cleaning windowsills, wiping the fronts of kitchen cupboards, to name a few. We emailed them our concerns and never heard back. The second time was the same and we called. They came the next day and cleaned what they hadn't but then the 3rd time they came they were back to NOT cleaning everything on their own to-do list. We emailed them to cancel our ongoing service with them and never had any response. I think it is great that their business is so good that they don't need ours! They simply were not thorough and did not follow their own to-do list. Vacuuming under beds, dusting nightstands, wiping down baseboards, cleaning mirrors, wiping the backs of toilets, I could go on and on.
