I went to visit JP's site on Frost road in Hudson NH (right across the street from Ayottes State Line.)
I looked at the loam to see it was nice, dark and had a very nice texture because there are a lot of different types of loam and I wanted a nice rich quality. I then asked JP the owner how I could order some. He informed me that they could give me exactly as many cubic yards as I wanted from 8 to 12 to 20 or more. I decided to get 10 yards which he sold me for 20.00 per yard (which is very reasonable because I saw much higher prices at a local garden center) and other companies would not deliver to me unless I took a full 15 or 16 yards which was too much for me at this time. So the very next day after I ordered it JP dropped the loam off at my house and it was a generous amount at least 10 yards. He was very friendly and accommodating putting the material exactly where I wanted it dropped.
I would definitely recommend this company for Loam and other materials.
"This is a false review as no work was performed for this person or address."
Their estimate was lower than estimate of other companies. They contacted town engineer and verified whether sump pump installation was necessary, as well as other plans for the town sewer hookup.
They came in on the day of installation with all the equipment, incl. small and large excavators. They removed a connection to the septic tank, destroyed it according to the code, and ran a drain pipe to the town sewer line along the street. Then they covered the trench and installed new sod over the trench, and then seeded it.
Altogether, all work took less than 5 hours. I thought I would have a trench for days if not weeks with no sewer use.
If there was an A+, I would give it to this company.
