They were terrible. He has a rotten personality. He was good to do it. He put the generator on the ground and I told him couldn't put it on the ground because, I had a cat. I told him to put it on the concrete pad or I wasn't going to pay them. They came back and fixed it, but the generator didn't work. The owner came out and couldn't fix it, and he knew what he was doing. It turned out that they had used the wrong sized copper piping. He took a lot of short cuts, but he did do the work. I would never use them again.

From the very start, Brian was very thorough and up-front about all costs involved in the process. We were given a detailed estimate "package" which included all costs, his licensing information, and a long list of past references we could contact. We really appreciated that we could see all the costs involved and know exactly what to expect from him from day one. We were not disappointed. Brian's standard prep-work made sure there was no damage to our wood floors, and he came in and made very precise measurements, mapping out the locations on the floor so we would know where everything would go and would be happy with the placements and the logistics. We were a little nervous in the beginning about where the placement of things would be, etc, but he was very patient with us and offered valuable opinions, without being pushy or impatient. We really appreciated this from him. All his work was top-notch,and more than we expected. Everything was well placed and secure. His experience and carefulness really shine through in his work. The kitchen is beautiful and my farm sink looks as lovely as can be :) The same experience and thoroughness were reflected in the work of the electrician and assistant carpenter who also came to our house to do work. Both have been working with him for a very long time. We felt the pricing of the work done was very reasonable for the quality, and because of that stellar combination, we would definitely like to hire him again, and would give a great recommendation to anyone else. Very happy customers.

All work was just first-class. Quick (about 6 working days start to finish), no untoward mess, proper cleanup and disposal, no fuss no muss. Bryan has worked on three other houses on our street and all have been very satisfied with his work. He also did some exterior repair for us earlier in the year which was also excellently done. Highly recommended.
