I brought in a multi-functional copier purchased as-is online. Couldn't remove toner cartridge. Technician fixed the problem with no charge and informed me no additional work was necessary. No charge for service that took at least 20 minutes. I purchased parts for this machine and a another printer at considerable savings over another local office supply store. Great service staff, could very easily performed work not needed and I would not have had any idea.
