Pretty Good! Their work is very good - I think they need a less costly supplier of the materials they use. The labor cost is what everyone seems to be charging,so I consider the cost fair. They respond to calls quickly and set up work as soon as possible, and show up when scheduled! The workers & owner are friendly, polite and conscientious.

Jamrog was efficient in scheduling a time to look at my house and getting me a quote. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt that they were able to answer all of my questions before any work was done and were able to give me information about available rebates I could apply for. This was especially helpful as a first-time home buyer. I was out of town when the job was done but felt comfortable sending my parents to oversee the work. I was sent pictures of the work and heard about how quickly and skillfully everything was done. When it was time to apply for the rebates they were also able to assist me with the paperwork which saved me a lot of time. So glad Jamrog HVAC was able to install a great quality product in my new house!
