Ken Diranian AIA, LEED Architecture

I chose to work with Ken to be the architect on a new construction residential home, I am looking to build. Thus far, I could not be happier with my decision. I cannot say enough, not only about his work ethic, but his passion for what he does. The guidance and ease of communication cannot be understated.

Right from the beginning it was a great experience. Ken responded quickly, knowledgeable and enthusiastically . He kept in constant contact throughout. Answered questions promptly. Showed up when he said he would. Accommodating to any changes I made. Affordable. Pleasant to work with and finished plans on time. I highly recommend Ken.

Ken was very helpful and patient during the process of designing my home addition! He was very quick in responding to questions and the process was very quick and painless!

Ken responded immediately, came over next day, gave great advises, created couple of draft plans with different options for my consideration. After final decision was made, he created the final drawing next day. He is very nice friendly person and also gave reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Ken was amazing. He’s heavily invested in the process and does it out of passion, not just for money. He is quick to respond and made several edits to the plans when asked. He is extremely friendly and personable and a pleasure to work with. You truly get a lot for the price he charges.

Ken came to mg house in Medford to help create a design for our 2nd bathroom and he was fantastic with the designs! He ended up being a much cheaper quote than all of the other architects who came by. I highly recommend!

I just received my final plans this week so the building process hasn't begun but I would highly recommend Ken for anyone looking for architectural plans. He was so prompt on returning my emails, making any adjustments that we requested and offering suggestions when asked. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone. He's very professional but very easy and efficient to work with.

Ken is very good at what he do. Not only that, he is very open-minded. I hired him to redesign my kitchet layout, when I first met him, he was very kind and respectful. Through out the project, the process was very smooth and quick. The final project came out great, I will work with Ken again on my future projects.

Mr. Ken Diranian is a very nice person with reasonable charges.

Although we are in the very early stages of development, our experience so far has been good. He has always responded immediately to our inquiries and seems to be on top of things. He has shared his expertise and offered suggestions and wants to be sure we get the design we truly want. If things continue on this track, I'm sure we'll be totally happy with his work.

We went to Service Magic to find an architect after not being impressed with our local companies. We were given Ken Diranian's name and we liked him immediately. He brought hand drawn plans of other projects he designed, to our home. We went through many changes and throughout months of redos, he remained patient and calm. He was prompt with redraws and always had a compliment and encouraged our creativity. Another idea he had was using the computer. We e-mailed constantly back and forth with our changes on the project. This saved us a lot of time not having to meet at night after work. He price was very good too!

We hired Ken for a kitchen design. We are still in the process of finalizing the design options, and given the holiday season, had not had much progress due to our busy schedule. Ken is wonderful in ensuring proper communication channels remain open, and is very flexible to work with us within our schedule. He is great at follow-ups and really take an interest in the work. We were provided 3 design options / concepts to review. All options were great, and incorporated our initial requirements. Once we progress further in the project, I'll be writing another review, but in the mean time, mostly positive feedback. Thanks

Ken had a wonderful outlook on the whole project from the beginning. He came with before and after photos showed us the plans he drew up for previous projects. He spoke to us about everything and was very patient and took in all out ideas on it. He was presentable and cared and i would call him any time to do another project. And I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an architect. This project is for my grandparents and the fact that he cares so much is a really comforting feeling. Thank You Stephanie
