removed old fiberglass shower and installed a beautiful tile shower. Jim is very reliable and a perfect gentleman. He is a hard worker and goes the extra mile to please his customer.

He took money from my elderly parents and has not returned again. I couple of years ago we hired them for some repair on the house; major construction like on the roof. He did half of the roof and kind of disappeared and I found him again and kind of installed a water heater and a two service box and that kind turned out into a nightmare. We kept quite a little bit of money that we gave him initially to do the major construction worth seventeen-hundred dollars and is refusing to give it back. As a matter fact today I'm going to the town hall and file some sort of a complaint because I need that money back. In the meantime, my parents have both died and I own the house now and I was trying to get the damage fix. It's a shame because taking advantage of elderly people; it was totally disgusting. He took the money and never finished the job. He's not a licensed plumber and that's when we knew we got a bad situation. He's now asking for me to have his name removed from the building permit because of paperwork which is really weird so I got to go to downtown today and talk to the building inspector. Everything is just making me nervous now. I have to work with the lawyer now because the last thing he wanted was to remove his name. He should be responsible for returning the money that he held on to for three plus years and just refuses to give it back unless I found things that it's not his fault or something. He told me that it doesn't matter to him because he's not in the business anymore.

The quality of Jim Hammonds work is impeccable. He is very reliable, delivers what he promises and takes pride in his work. He also cleans up at the end of each day, sealed off other rooms to minimize dust from traveling, and will not leave any safety hazards behind (we have small children). Pricing was very competitive. I will defintely continue to use Jim with any future needs that we have.
