Have been using them for a while now, always calls back, always prompt. Came out on a Sunday, my fridge as not working, freezer was. Defrosted the build up of ice in the back of the unit caused by the problem, replaced control panel, was not happy with some behavior he saw. Said he would check back in, in the next couple of days, came back Monday did not like what he saw replaced the unit again. I did notice on Friday that it appeared my ice maker was not working. Called me right away when I called him, stopped by on Saturday and fixed the issue, he forgot to plug it back in......was all apologies. But that was no big deal as far as I was concerned. I bought a washer from him and had him install it of course all painless, could have attempted to sell me a dryer, but told me I was crazy to buy a dryer there was nothing wrong with mine( it and the washer were a set bought at the same time). this is the second time the control panel has gone on the stupid fridge. next time I'll just buy a new one and I'll buy it from him
