The owner himself came by to do the work. We called on a Tuesday, and played phone tag with the receptionist for awhile. The owner called Wednesday around 6 PM to say he'd be by in an hour and a half. He came sooner, diagnosed the problem, and said he'd need to order the part, which would take another day or two. He also set the fridge so that it would be constantly cold (instead of not cold at all, as it had been) until he could replace the vent from the freezer (the open/close switch on that was broken). It was Saturday afternoon before he finally came by. He did the work quickly, and the cost was low (we haven't actually been billed yet, but were given an approximate cost). Our only complaint was that it took a long time to finally get the work done. And it was very hard to find out when exactly he'd be coming.
