We build 3 season rooms made of wood, and 4 season with any heating source of your choice (gas fireplace, baseboard, built on site. Our rooms are 3 season without heat, ceilings and floors., etc...). You can use it year round, it is a full addition. It is fully insulated from the windows and doors to the walls, wood or pellet stove

"Sorry this report is bogus, If what they are saying is true they could have taken us to small claims court which I advise them that they have the right to do so and they would have won. They did not because the truth would have come out to show that there story is way off what really happen."
The project started the end of last September 2012. We told John we needed this space for the holiday season. The project was completed mid November 2012 as promised.
Terrance, lead builder, stayed focused, loves to be left alone when working and did a great job framing/building the room and deck. My home has cedar shingle siding. I was very satisfied with how Terrance tied the two structures together. It looks like the sunroom was always there. The contractors John brought in to insulate and plaster the room did an excellent job as well. I did the finish painting and had hardwood floors installed.
