Description of Work: Removed rear porches from a triple decker and replaced with semi enclosed porches. Also replaced the front top porch with quality low maintenance materials but keeping with the period look as much as possible. Also performed a partial rebuild of the first floor front porch and structures.

+ 0 moreMichal and his team are fantastic. We bought a large existing home and wanted to re-use the existing lower level for an in-law suite. The house was well-designed for the job, but Michal and his men (especially Artur and Yuri) have been wonderful to work with. They show up on time, they are very respectful and polite, and their work is beautiful, on budget and ahead of schedule. The existing space had a wet bar, but my mother-in-law wanted a real kitchen. We were able to steal a bit of space from the garage to make one wall of new cabinetry feel like a "REAL" kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful, the Silestone counters are low-maintenance but gorgeous and non-toxic, and the tile added to that area coordinates well with the existing carpets in the room but makes the whole thing so much more functional. Moderating between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is probably never easy, but Michal was always gracious and made everyone feel well listened to and understood. It is easy to trust Michal's judgement when making decisions from afar. I am opinionated, but I would be willing to go with his if I couldn't get home to decide for myself, and usually I would agree with him. (In one case, the aesthetic preference for a matching glass door was outweighed by my desire to hide a laundry room on the lower level with a solid door, but I agree his solution would have been PRETTIER than mine.)
