From start to finish alarmex has been excellent to deal with. From Neal, sales person to Rich, manager to John the installer they have all been great. Final price beat out all the competition too! John who installed the system was very thorough and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and any issues dealt with. Recommend John as the installer for complex as well as basic systems. The monitoring rate is much cheaper than the competition and uses alarm.com service which is great!
