Thorough, straightforward, prompt, professional, easy to communicate with. Roof had a fair amount of moss and dirt on it, now is nice and clean, anti-moss treated and inspected. Great experience overall, would hire again.

Excellent. There was one stubborn spot on the roof that was visible from the street. I contacted The Roof Cleaner, he responded right away, and scheduled a retreatment of that area. Work was performed professionally and quickly. Roof looks brand new again!

George was on time with his amazing little lift machine.
He assured me he would not harm my lawn and George did not.
George answered all of my pesky questions.
He did not rush the job.
I received what I wanted - a clean roof with no damage.
Because of his construction background he gave me a quick look over on the condition of my roof. I was grateful for his comments.
As an aside, George was a great conversationalist.
I would definitely recommend George.

Mr. Barnes was very pleasant to work with, very professional, and on time for our appointment. He did a terrific job cleaning our roof over the house and the garage, and he cleaned parts of two exterior walls on my house, as I had requested. He was also able to fit us into his schedule relatively quickly, compared to a different estimate we received with a waitlist of several months. We would recommend Mr. Barnes' services.

George was excellent from beginning to end. The roof looks fantastic, it made such a difference. Lots of moss and discoloration and now looks so much better. George was responsive, and got a quote quickly to us. From the time we told him we wanted the service to when he came was only about 2 weeks. He showed up on time and was done in about 5 hours. Much cheaper than replacing a roof, and looks great!

Wow! My roof was covered in moss and algae which can be a water problem if not removed. Wish I could post the photos, but I now look as though I have a new roof! Followed up after I messaged the company on Angie's list. Provided an estimate in advance and the job cost the estimated amount. Very professional, the whole roof was cleaned in less than four hours. Makes the house look terrific. Just fantastic.

Excellent job! We have a narrow lot and George was very careful with his equipment. My neighbor hired him "on the spot" to clean his gutters. There was "nothing" for me to clean up afterward. Very professional.

George contacted me instantly after I purchased the deal on AngiesList and we worked out the scheduling details. He came a week later while I was away on vacation. He did a great job on roof. Very impressed. It looks like we have a new roof installed. No more mold growing! Don't hesitate to contact George, you wont be disappointed.

George & I never had the pleasure of actually meeting in person - I called for a quote, he went that day and provided me one, and then we booked the job quickly. When he finished, he emailed me a photo of my roof - I could not believe it was the same house, it looked so different and so much better. George returned calls quickly, came when he said he would, notified me when he was finished and sent me that photo so I could see for myself how the work went. I am so pleased with the improvement, and would recommend him to anyone.

George did a great job. He accomodated our schedule and squeezed in the work right between two cold days that would not have allowed it. He showed up right on time, made the roof look brand new, and left the yard and landscaping clean. Very professional job

Showed up on time and finished the job when George said he would. Roof looks much better now. The only small complaint I have is that after cleaning all the staining and algae growth on roof I had to clean driveway, garage doors, exterior walls and deck to remove all the debris that was removed from the cleaning of the roof. It would have been great if those areas were hosed down after cleaning roof, I didn't realize how much dirt was left behind until after George left. Overall satisfied with the work done and would use again.

It accomplished what was required. Another time ( and yes, I would use them again) I would wait until later in the Fall for less damage to landscaping
