The crew from SWAT HVAC was always professional, prompt, clean and worked hard to ensure that the disruption in our home was at a minimum. I honestly have a new found respect for people who work in HVAC based on what they had to do to get that system installed in our attic during the dead heat of July. They got that system installed faster than we had anticipated so that we could finally get rid of our noisy and efficient window units, so we were thrilled. We had heard that John Manetta, the owner, was a great guy to do business with and we weren't disappointed. Have since referred him to other people we know who were in the market for AC installations or needed service for their existing heating and air conditioning services.

John is very knowledgeable in the trade and went the extra mile with his team to complete work before my sister's big wedding.    SWAT HVAC was competitively priced and had the best solution to our cooling needs.   The entire team was professional and a pleasure to have working in our home.  Definitely recommend SWAT HVAC to others!

John and his staff, were professional, arrived when they said they would. They were polite, professional, clean. My experience was awesome. They worked all day for 7 days until the job was complete. The A/C Compressor unit in my parent?s HVAC system failed due
to a power event while it was in operation.  Assuming it?d be an expensive one and 
to try to get an accurate idea of the expense of the repair??we obtained estimates from
several area and non-area HVAC contractors. 
  
All contractors called upon (5-7) accurately diagnosed the core problem:  a failed A/C
Compressor unit which needed replacing.  However, not only were their own quotes for the
replacement significantly more than the one provided by SWAT HVAC?from over $200 to more
than twice the amount of their quote?they seemed to lack experience in dealing with our brand
of systems, didn't adequately research the matter of our warranty with the manufacturer, or else insisted
on selling us their service plans on top of the repair. 

Judging by their visits-conversations assessing the damage, moreover, other contractors were not nearly as
professional/knowledgeable nor as considerate in their approach as SWAT HVAC had
been, with some even suggesting it was necessary to replace the entire HVAC
system altogether (AC + FURNACE), which, of course, would have amounted to
several thousands of dollars. 

We highly and unreservedly recommend the services of SWAT
HVAC.  They were honest, direct, and no-nonsense in their assessment of the problem, knowledgeable
about the work, and the repair options they offered were the most efficient and economical ones for my family. 
They also backed their work by a generous one year warranty and included a discount for good measure.

John Manetta answered all phone calls…. was on time for all appointments, made scheduling installation date easy.  The office support by Bryanna was prompt and very detailed, by phone and email.  I made a mistake in email confirmation and Bryanna caught same immediately.  Invoices were emailed efficiently to enroll in MASS SAVE rebate program.  Property #1, upon installation date, my plumber was not available due to an early morning emergency.  John came through supplying a plumber so the installation could be completed on the agreed day.  This installation appointment was sensitive as there is required tenant notification of work being performed.  Property #2, John inspected three hot air furnaces prior to MASS SAVE audit.   He performed this in my favor because the time-line for the Audit/Proposal/Installation/Rebate-Form is short between installation and the filing deadline of 10/31/2014.  Upon making the inspection appointment, John said if there was a necessary replacement, he would make sure the installation would be within the time-line.  As it turned out, the furnaces were fine.  John did not "up sell" services.  I highly recommend  SWAT HVAC.  John Manetta will have my future business.

Great experience. Provider was easily accessible by phone to schedule appointment. Showed up on time as promised and provided all necessary documentation.. I would use again and recommend this provider.

Went fantastic. Fixed a problem that had been occurring for 2 years. Had 3 other hvc companies service, repair and continued to have problem. SWAT identified the problem corrected and have not had problems since. Replacing drip pan....previous company also identified we needed new drip pan but never placed order. Maybe job was too small
