The surgery went well. They called us throughout the day to give us a status. The Vet and technician gave us a full update when we went to pick up the dog. They called that night and the next day to check on how the dog was doing. Excellent service and follow up!

They have been great! They took me in on the day I called. They helped me through a very difficult time when I had to put my cat down. They were very kind. I see Dr. Caruso and she is very kind. The whole staff is very knowledgeable. I have seen them a couple of times now. From talking to friends, they have very comparable pricing.

They were great, very attentive and explained everything. I have two male cats and they were great with them. I would recommend.

The service was very good! They even called to check up on my cat to see how she was doing post-surgery. The cost seems pretty reasonable for the care provided. The staff and vets are just excellent! They advise you of any necessary treatments and provide the costs up front. They try to work with you in terms of cost, which is appreciated. I would recommend them highly to anyone!

I have used Shawsheen Animal Hospital since they opened. The techs and assistants are friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Caruso and Dr. Leblanc are excellent. They answer all questions, explain what they are doing, and they appear to keep current with research. They seem a little expensive, but it is worth it to know that my animals are getting the best care they can get.

When our new kitten began seizing one morning, we brought it in right away, and after checking her out, the techs quickly recommended we bring it to an emergency hospital right away because their vet was not in yet, and the cat needed advanced care. They not only recommended a hospital, but wrote out directions and called ahead for us! Now we use them for our regular vet visits, and they are wonderful.
